after three times in for the same problem & finally someone thought of looking under the SUV since it has always been services at your store, they found the problem...it stemmed from one of the repairs that your store did four months ago
We had a great service advisor--I think his name was Jim Legestee. Very knowledgeable and quite kind. We had bad news about our car repair, but he was honest and told us all the hard facts. For future reference, if any family or friend is researching for an additional car, I'd have them check out Schepel, knowing that if any service would be needed, they'd be in good hands. Kudos to Jim
Needed a shuttle back to my office which I scheduled when I made my service appointment. Had to wait over an hour before shuttle service arrived at dealership. If wait is going to be longer than 10 to 15 minutes, I need to make other arrangements. Missed over an hour of work. Not Good
Everything from the sales department to the service department is really good. I have about five cars from Darrell Robertson, and I've always been treated with respect and honesty.
And Jim in the service department are the best. I have never been any surprises. We will always come and get your opinion before something is done
