Had a flat tire over the weekend. But I had Ultimate Protection Plan Plus coverage which was recommended to me by my sales person, Bruce Lichtenfield, back in Dec. 2018, when I purchased the car. Therefore, there was no charge to replace the tire or for the labor. In fact, the service representative, Jim Werges, was kind enough to allow me to come back on Tuesday after 4:00 pm to get the tire put on and have the temporary tire taken off and stored back in my car. He felt bad because they did not have the tire in stock when I showed up Monday and said he would do everything he could to make sure I got the tire on my car the following day. And he totally fulfilled his promise!!!
